Chris Simmonds, Bristol, residential Architect
Based in Bristol, I am a creative architect specialising in residential design. I pride myself on being able to tailor unique solutions to my clients' briefs, and love designing schemes that will enhance their properties, and also their everyday lives.
Having previously launched and developed a successful RIBA Chartered practice in London from 2010, I have formed a similar practice in Bristol, due to having moved to St Paul’s with my family in 2014.
My years in practice have given me a wealth of experience to draw from, having been personally involved in the design of several hundred projects ranging from domestic extensions and loft conversions, to basement extensions and new-builds.
Having already carried out over 20 projects in Bristol I’m really excited to now be working exclusively in my home city. The projects I have carried out here to date have enabled me to gain valuable experience working with Bristol, South Gloucester, North Somerset and Wiltshire councils.
